I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Zurich in 2021 and will be joining the Department of Economics at the National University of Singapore as an Assistant Professor in the Fall of 2023.
I use a combination of field and lab experiments and quasi-experimental methods to study topics related to inequality, discrimination, and skill accumulation. A central theme of my research is to investigate how identity and social status shape beliefs, choices, and educational or labor market outcomes.
Fields: Labor Economics, Behavioral Economics, Gender Economics, Development Economics, and Applied Microeconomics.
